Sales Officer (Penang-based)

Role Details

  • Processing sales order
  • Handling and arranging all work related for delivery of goods
  • Handling customer inquiries
  • Handling work related for customer accounts
  • Preparing reports that are related to sales (e.g sales trend report, sales forecast etc)
  • Conducting marketing activities to boost sales and also conducting market survey

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in administrative work
  • Language Requirements- English and Malay
  • IT knowledge- Basic (Words, Excel , etc)

Terms of the Role

  • Contractual or permanent position available
  • Working days: 5 ½ days a week. Monday – Friday 8am-5.40pm, Saturdays 8am-12.40pm.
  • The company is open to flexible working hours for qualifying candidates
  • Salary package to commensurate with experience
  • Eligible employee will be sent for career enhancement course, sponsored by the company with no bond – for permanent staff
  • Profit sharing scheme available for permanent staff
  • Bonus distributed every 3 months, one year 4 times – available for permanent staff
