Job Description

A) Front Office
  • Deliver prompt, efficient and courteous reception service to our customers
  • Ensure all enquiries/ requests are attended to promptly and appropriately.
  • Administrate a prompt, efficient and courteous switchboard service.
  • Assist to receive, direct/ relay messages / internal correspondence.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of reception area
B) Administration
  • Assist to distribute mail and newspapers to the relevant parties
  • Assist to sort/ file correspondence/ documentation
  • Participate in School events and Education Fairs when required
  • Perform such other duties which may be assigned to you by the School’s Management from time to time.
C) Bursary
  • Assist to distribute cheques to suppliers distribution (call to collect by hand/ by post)
  • Assist to sort and mail invoices/statements to customers
  • Assist to receive payments and issue receipts
  • Any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Professional Certificates, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  2. At least 3 years’ working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Preferably with customer service experience.
  4. Professional appearance and attitude.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Excellent organizational skills.
  7. Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  8. Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.

Terms of the Role

  • EPF/ SOCSO, insurance, medical etc.

  • Office Hours8:00am -5:00pm
