Personal Executive Assistant (for Founder)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Shadows the founder of the organization during all calls, meetings, discussions
  • Takes down detailed notes of meetings and action items
  • Follows up with action items derived from meeting (on behalf of the founder) with individuals
  • Conducts required research on behalf of the founder for presentations, workshops and client
    requirements
  • Assists the founder in addressing emails and phone inquiries as required
  • Helps prepare presentations or speeches for the founder as required

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Past experience in an executive assistant role is preferred
  • Organised and independent
  • Must be fluent with both written and spoken English
  • Able to work in a virtual environment – leveraging on technological communication tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Terms of the Role

  • 5 days a week (9am -6pm)
  • Base salary MYR 3000 – 5000 per month
  • EPF, SOCSO and other benefits aligned to the organisation’s policy
  • This is a permanent position
