Role Details

  • Providing administrative and clerical support to the Digi-X management team
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondences, reports, drafts, memos, presentations, spreadsheets, databases and emails
  • Entering data in databases and to maintain accurate records of valuable company information at all times
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information
  • Dealing with general enquiries via phone, e-mail & social media
  • Coordinating with internal colleagues and external contacts on relevant matters related to Digi-X
  • Supporting different projects for Digi-X team on any general administrative (Depending on business needs)
  • Supporting the Digi-X team on any ad-hoc basis request from time to time.


  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar fast-paced environment
  • Super attention to detail, and must be able to organize your work quickly
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with all levels of people
  • Proactive, and able to perform under minimal supervision
  • Strong multi-tasking skill and good time management
  • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets, presentations
  • Ability to adhere to privacy and confidentiality needs
  • Would be good to have Google knowledge

Terms of the Role

  • Part time : Approx 2 – 3 working days a week
  • Location: Bangsar South
  • It will be a Contract Role
  • Remuneration: Approx RM 15 per hour (Subject to individual Candidate)
  • Benefits: Flexi (Timings & Days can be discuss), free snacks every week, Good location with public transport
