HR Specialist Administrator

Role Details

  • To roll out the full spectrum HR policies and procedures (Recruitment, Development, Perf Management and Rewards)
  • To implement the HRiS system (including controls)
  • To guide, coach and train junior team members within the team to get them on speed with the implementation and maintenance of the HR policies and systems
  • To be the point of contact for providing guidance and advise on all HR related matters

Requirements

  • Candidate should be a seasoned HR practitioner that has broad views and understanding of implementing and advising on HR matters
  • Candidates must have hands-on HR operations experience
  • Previous consulting experience will be an added advantage but not a requirement
  • Professional, in touch with latest trends and regulations in HR and associated laws
  • Articulate and able to assimilate within the company, especially with senior team members
  • Self starter and independent
  • Past experience in managing and grooming junior team members is a must

Terms of the Role

  • One year contract with a possibility of another year extension based on mutual agreement
  • Full time – Monday to Friday [9:00am to 5:30pm]
  • Base Salary: RM3~5k per month based on experience
  • Benefits include EPF/SOCSO, outpatient & H&S benefits (after confirmation) & free car park
  • Probation period is for 3 months.
