Role Details

  • Accurately estimate the cost of repairs and of new installations
  • Effectively follow up with the clients and the handymen from the start, during  work in progress and final completion of jobs assigned.
  • Inspect job done by handymen at client premise

Requirements

  • Resourceful
  • Hardworking and reliable
  • Possess similar proven experience in the past especially in the construction industry
  • Able to communicate with management, client and construction workers (additional spoken languages besides Bahasa and English will be an added advantage)
  • Understands the requirements of renovation work and provide inputs where required

Terms of the Role

  • This role is a freelance role with the possibilities of part-time or full time arrangements in the future based on mutual discussion
  • Remuneration for the role will be based on experience and skill sets
  • The role requires some traveling to client site for inspection and follow through
