FINANCE MANAGER

Role Details

  • Responsible for closing of monthly accounts
  • Ability to prepare quality monthly report
  • Assist in providing information for Bursa quarterly announcement
  • Responsible for cash flow planning and treasury management
  • Responsible for credit control
  • Assist in inventory costing & management
  • Monitor & keeping track of inter-company and related party transactions
  • Coordinate in maintenance of Finance Manual
  • Capable in handle full sets of accounts
  • Reviewing SST submission / reconciliation
  • Review of accounting journals and payment vouchers
  • Prepare slides for meetings
  • Preparation of tax estimations and tax computations
  • Prepare yearly budget and mid-year projections
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and other relevant statutory requirements
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents & regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory & statutory requirements
  • Supervise a small team of accounting staffs

Requirements

  • Possesses Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Professional Accounting partial/full qualification
  • At least 10 years of working experience in related field
  • Experience in preparation of full set of accounts
  • Knowledge of Accounting Standards (MFRS) and Bursa Listing Requirements (LR) will be an added advantage
  • Proactive, organized & a good team player
  • Possesses good inter-personal skill

Terms of the Role

  • This is a one year contractual role, with potential for yearly renewals
  • Monthly Base Salary is based on mutual discussion depending on the candidate’s past experience and skill
  • Package includes out-patient medical benefits and annual leave aligned to company policy; EPF & Socso as per statutory requirements 
  • Work days: 5 days in a week + half day of working on 1st Saturday of the month (9am to 1pm)
  • Work location: Shah Alam
