The Role

The successful candidate is expected to provide leadership in the implementation of the ERP process, to coordinate, maintain and enhance efforts to improve workflow and achieve desired business goals through best practices and in compliance with corporate philosophy/ values and regulatory/ statutory requirements.

Job Description

  1. Ensure the proper functioning of the ERP system to support business flow
  2. Work in consultation with line managers to identify critical success factors and changes required to meet business objectives
  3. Work with the Management to identify scope of implementation at each stage, assess resource requirements including time and financial resources, prioritize and track implementation
  4. Maintain active lines of communication with users on progress, challenges and intervention as may be required throughout the implementation cycle


  1. Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  2. Project management experience would be an advantage
  3. Strong interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
