Customer Service Consultant (Service Advisor)

Role Details

  • Advise customers on repair work and regular service maintenance
  • Promote after sales services and products in a dedicated, service-oriented and professional manner
  • Provide professional technical advice to customers on repair scope and estimated cost after diagnosis
  • Update customers regularly on vehicle repair status
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate special cases for corrective action
  • Perform follow-up call to customers with pending job on a timely basis

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service environment. Candidates with experience as a Service Advisor in automotive industry is desirable
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and energetic go-getter with a strong passion for cars and able to demonstrate excellent customer service disposition
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin or other dialects are an added advantage

Terms of the Role

  • Open to permanent or contractual arrangement
  • Working hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm and every Saturday 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Looking for people to join us at any of these locations (Puchong South, Balakong, Bandar Kinrara and Jalan Ipoh)
  • Salary range between MYR 2,700 – MYR 3,300 (based on experience and background)
  • EPF and SOCSO as per statutory requirements
