Role Details

  • To prepare legal documents relating to perfection/discharge, subsales, loan documents, tenancy agreements and related agreements

Requirements

  • Able to handle sales and purchase agreements from start to completion
  • Able to handle loan documents from start to completion
  • Work independently
  • Must possess relevant experience as a conveyancing clerk in a legal firm
  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Must have good command in written and spoken English
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel

Terms of the Role

  • This role will be based in Jalan Bagor, Taman Petaling, Klang
  • It is a full time position
  • Salary starts from MYR 2500 per month based on experience
  • Company benefits as per statutory requirements and company policy
  • Working days:  Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm)
