The role is to assist the Hon. Secretary with administrative tasks on a part time basis, for a non-profit organisation.

- Taking minutes of Exco meetings
- Organising / coordinating events, visits, talks once a month
- Communicating with Exco members via Whatsapp chatgroups and emails
- Supporting the President, Deputy President and Secretary in administrative tasks
- Part time – approx 10-12 hours per week
- Work from home, except when required to meet or organise events
- Expected salary RM 1000
