The Company is now looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the smooth daily operations of the business and provide secretarial support to the management team. This position would suit a dynamic and highly reliable individual who is looking to work in a fast-moving, innovative startup environment.

Job Description

    1. Provide administrative and clerical support to the Digi-X management team
    2. Prepare and modify documents including correspondences, reports, memos, presentations, spreadsheets, databases and emails
    3. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of company information at all times
    4. Compile, verify and sort information
    5. Attend to general enquiries via phone, e-mail & social media
    6. Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties on matters related to Digi-X
    7. Provide administrative support to different projects for Digi-X team based on business needs
    8. Support the Digi-X team on any ad-hoc requests from time to time.

Requirements

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar fast-paced environment
  2. Independent and able to work with teams
  3. Meticulous, with attention to detail
  4. Able to organize work quickly 
  5. Able to resolve issues quickly
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Able to interact confidently with a wide spectrum of people 
  8. Proactive, and able to perform under minimal supervision
  9. Strong multi-tasking skill and good time management
  10. Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets, presentations
  11. Ability to exercise discretion and compliant to privacy and confidentiality needs
  12. Practical skills in Google tools

Terms of the Role

  1. Part time contractual basis, approximately 2 – 3 working days a week
  2. Timing and days can be discussed
  3. Location: Subang Hi-Tech Industrial Park, Shah Alam (near to public amenities)
  4. Remuneration: Approx RM 15 per hour (Subject to individual Candidate)
  5. Free snacks every week
